Here you will find links to information on all uni pool matches and events. The university has men's A and a B teams, and a women's team, that each compete once a week in the local Cambridge Area Pool Leagues (CAPL). Since 2004, CUPC has also entered teams in the BUSA pool championships. As with most sports at Cambridge though, the focus each year is on the Varsity Match against Oxford, and results from previous years will appear here in due course.

Varsity matches

No-one seems to know for exactly how long there has been a Varsity pool match between Oxford and Cambridge, but apparently the men's title has been contested since the seventies. There used to be a trophy for the men's match with all the wins recorded on it, but this was mislaid by Cambridge in the period 97-98, having won it in 1997 for the first time in ten years. Oxford reclaimed the title the following year in 1998, continuing to win it every year until 2006 when Cambridge travelled to Oxford and recorded a 50-40 victory, which was succesfully defended for the next two years.
