Cambridge University Pool Club

Report by Kris Johannsson

With over half of last year's Varsity team no longer around, it was crucial that the Novices tournament unearthed talented freshers. After thirty minutes of acclimatising to the CSC tables, four groups were drawn with the top two players progressing.

The games proceeded at a fairly rapid pace with probably three games being completed by the time a single frame between me and Adam Eales might finally get interesting.

Champion! Dylan Sidle, Novices' 2014 Champion
