Nice to see both Uni teams safely through to the last 16. Keep up the good work....by Graham Sills - General Board
who won, then? I left when it was just the 3 robs still in it.by Graham Sills - General Board
Good stuff guys. That loss at the beginning of the season is definitely looking like an anomaly now. Keep up the good work. Unfortunately I won two thirds of our frames last night After a very good couple of games against the top teams in the division, we still seem to be unable to beat the weaker teams away.by Graham Sills - General Board
Good of you to put Trinity in the other half from King's and Queens' Should it be King's W vs King's 2 in the plate?by Graham Sills - Cuppers and Plate
Yeah - O'Boyle was on superb form and there's no shame in Steve's losing to him. I was pretty impressed by the Uni's performance overall, with 7 people making it through the first round, including some new faces. We then had 4 in the last 16 (Rob A, Rob H, Me and Steve, then 3 in the last 8, which was more than any other club including the Moon. Then of course Steve got to the final, which turby Graham Sills - General Board
yeah - dead chuffed with our draw against the moon. first team to take points off them this season. well done the Bs. keep it upby Graham Sills - General Board
That sounds epic, great work guys. With this rate of improvement, next week should be a thumping win! I was pleased with our win on thursday. It was probably the strongest team we had yet faced and we won some big frames. I think we were a bit unlucky not to have a bigger win, since Chris and Paul both deserved to win their second frames. Looking for another win against Teversham this week befby Graham Sills - General Board
Poor performance all round from us yesterday. Got screwed by the really poor standard table in about 4 frames and lost 8-4. Don't like losing...by Graham Sills - General Board
Good start for Uni A. 8-4 against the Moon B to repay them for the same scoreline in reverse last spring. How did the Bs get on?by Graham Sills - General Board
Good work with the ladder Rob. Is there a way to colour squares differently for people involved in challenges? People could mark the date of the challenge, so others know when people are going to be free.by Graham Sills - Singles Ladder
I'll come for some or all of it depending on when you start. I can get there for 3.30ish. p.s. nice work with the site makeover Rob.by Graham Sills - General Board
QuoteHow's the hotshots going? Are you on 2 out of 2 Rob? I have 1 out of 1... maybe will end up coming down to me beating u in the Robinson - Fitz match to decide the title... Or maybe Mr Lavery will be having a say.. Not likely after i fluked that frame against you in the trinity-fitz match. That puts you both on 2/3. Has that been updated yet alex?by Graham Sills - College Leagues
a good ieda steve. but why does it always have to be curry? why not chinese or pizza or something? keen for sunday eve, though... p.s. if anyon'e bored, try this game: www.lost.eu/5b7d. it looks like it could be very interesting and i can recommend itby Graham Sills - Off Topic
Hi people, I'm graham, another member of the victorious varsity team last year. Some of you may associate me with the word 'um-bongo'. Some of you may not, in which case this is probably best left unexplained. Sometimes i have been called 'skills', which contrary to popular belief is not actually a reflection of my ability at pool, it is just conveniently similar to my surnameby Graham Sills - General Board
