I received entry forms for the BUSA 9-Ball tournament today. We're obviously not a 9-ball club, but if we could get a team together for BUSA that would be cool.

The tournament runs from the 1st-3rd December (end of term weekend) in Solihull. There are 4 in a team, and there's also an Individual event. The club will be able to pay the entry fees, but travel and accomodation will have to come out of our own pockets.

Let's get some enthusiasm going. Who's keen?

Well colour me keen, I'm up for it! Might have to go and get some practice first with my 9-ball cue...

I need to get a 9-ball cue, but once I've got one i'm keen also. I think we should try to organise a night out sometime next week at Micky Flynn's to see how many people are interested.

What do you guys think?

Ok, would someone like to suggest an evening next week to go to Mickey Flynn's? Do we have enough members of Mickey Flynn's to avoid extortionate entry prices?

Sounds fun. I don't have a 9 ball cue either but I do have a Mickey Flynn's membership.

Sounds good to me too. Definitly a good idea to get some practice in first though!

Who's up for this then? Closing date for entries is the 3rd November so we'd better get our skates on if we want in. I'm still keen, we've got a month to practice before the actual event ;D

I'm in, can one of you guys send an email out to the Uni A and B teams and see who's interested.

To my knowledge, I think myself, Alex, Matt, Rob, Ben Bowie and maybe Thomas Endlein (if my memory serves have shown interest).

Cheers,
Steve
