The draws have been done for the Cambridge area competitions - pretty good turnout for the uni this year. I also still have one more place at the CAPL Open available if anyone wants it - first come first served. First thoughts - a winnable singles venue for Chris with Gary Browne the only other Prem player to worry about. Lorry's got it fairly tough, but Paul's definitely got the short straw (all prem players, venue miles away). First up is the Open next saturday (22nd). I was pretty impressed by the Uni's performance overall, with 7 people making it through the first round, including some new faces. We then had 4 in the last 16 (Rob A, Rob H, Me and Steve, then 3 in the last 8, which was more than any other club including the Moon.
