There will be a general period of registration from 13h00-15h00. All players who are present are encouraged to register at this time.
Players who have not registered during the open period will register according to the times allocated to them on the drawsheet for the Individual Championship. These will be provided on the weekend prior to the Championships. Players who are not registered within ten minutes of being called for registration will be scratched from the draw.
Teams with players not taking part in the Individual Championship must either register during the open period or there will be a final opportunity to register 09h30-10h00 on Friday 26 February. Teams with players unable to register during the above time should contact the Tournament Director in advance.
Players must be in possession of a valid student card as issued by their university authorities. The card must bear a photograph of the player and their student number, this number must correspond to that given on the official entry form. Please note that dress code will be verified at registration for the purpose of giving participants advanced warning of any violation.
No photograph: player must provide an official document bearing his/her name and photograph as proof of identification. Acceptable documents include Passport or photographic driving licence.
No card: players must be in possession of a signed letter on headed notepaper either from the university authorities or their head of department stating that they are a student for the current academic year. This must also be accompanied by a photograph, as outlined above.
Players unable to meet this criteria will not be allowed to participate. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct documentation.
The following teams are all playing at Championship/Trophy level for this season, all other entrants will be playing at Shield level:

Players who are not included in the draw but who would like the opportunity to participate can register between 13h00 and 15h00 on Thursday 25 February paying the �10.00 entry fee. Should there be any scratches or withdrawals from the draw, names will be drawn from those registered to replace the scratch or withdrawal. On conclusion of the qualifying rounds, any registered players remaining will have their entry fees refunded.
